Side Walls
- 19 x 150mm shiplap cladding on 50 x 75mm stress graded planed framing, all using high grade Tanalised Scandinavian Redwood.
Doors
- 1 pair of joinery-made double doors 1800mm high x 1200mm wide, glazed with 4mm toughened safety glass, fitted with a mortise lock and polished brass or chrome fittings.
Door Frame
- 90 x 100mm planed.
Windows
- windows fitted with 4mm toughened safety glass. With joinery made frames and finished in polished brass or chrome furniture. Double glazing can be added as an extra.
Floor
- 19 x 150mm tongue and groove floorboards on 50 x 75mm stress graded Tanalised planed floor joists.
Roof
- 19 x 150mm tongue and groove, on 50 x 75mm stress graded planed framing covered with 40kg polyester roofing felt. Trusses are used on all buildings 3.6m long and above.
Height
- 1.85m to eaves.
Preservative
- Your building comes fully Tanalised internally and externally as standard, which gives the ultimate long term protection against wood decay and insect attack, wherever the timber is to be used.
Paint
- There is also a 4 coat paint systems to choose from, for a more attractive finish.New Paragraph
